Leila Sublett
About the Owner
Leila has been responsible for the strategic planning, process improvement and implementation of business initiatives for commercial land and facilities development and the redevelopment of existing facilities consistent with various organizations' strategic plans. In addition to the implementation of oversight programs for construction quality assurance and real estate asset management for logistics facilities and hotels.
She has worked in commercial development for DFW and IND Airports, real estate and procurement divisions at the State of Indiana, and the capital markets group at LaSalle Bank in Chicago. Her 20-year experience consists of real estate and contracting leadership ranging from REITS, government dispositions, leasing, property management, vendor management, commercial real estate development, aeronautical land development and local economic development partnerships.
Leila obtained her M.A. in Economics and M.S. in Finance from Walsh and a bachelor's in business from Kentucky State University. She is a licensed Indiana real estate broker and certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
